Centers for Disease Control and Prevention provides evidence-based health information on disease prevention and control, environmental health, health promotion, and health education activities designed to improve the health of the people of the United States.


Southwest District Health Department provides essential public health services by promoting the health and wellness of those who live, work and play in Southwest Idaho. SWDH focuses on preventing disease and premature death, promoting healthy lifestyles, and protecting and preparing the public against health threats.


Terry Reilly is a community health center dedicated to providing affordable, comprehensive health care to everyone in our community to improve health and quality of life.

Full Circle Health serves the vulnerable populations of Idaho with high quality, affordable care provided in a collaborative work environment. 


The Children’s Health Insurance Program (CHIP) is a low-cost health coverage program for children under age 19 whose family income is too high to qualify for Medicaid. If you are not eligible for CHIP, you still may be eligible for other Health Coverage Assistance.
