1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

& 5:00 p.m. - 7:30 p.m.

August 16, 2011

9:00 a.m. - 11:30 p.m.

 & 1:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Please make sure to bring the following items

1.  Proof of residency

 (such as a lease or rental agreement, utility bill,

or mortgage papers)

2. Birth Certificate

3.  Immunizations Records

4.  Withdrawal Papers & Grades
